Council Corner: January 2025

We had our first council meeting with our newly elected members on December11. We welcomed back Kristi Kinsella and Paul Mandart for new terms and, after some time away from the leadership table, Mike Foster joins us too. We’ve got some great people with various skill sets sitting around our leadership table ready to participate in God’s vision for St. Mark’s.

New officers were elected at this meeting. Serving one year terms: President-Denise Ballou, VP-Mike Foster, and Secretary-Sandy Lamb. If you have any questions and you’re not sure where to find the answer…these folks are a great place to start.

We’ll be meeting in the sanctuary on the third Wednesday of each month except during Lent. In March, we’ll meet on Tuesday the 18th and in April we’ll move our Wednesday meeting to the 23rd. All members of St. Marks are welcome to attend council meetings and if you’d like to get something on our agenda, please let me know by the second Friday of the month.

Council members will be installed during an upcoming worship service. Look for an upcoming date in the e-minder.

We’re excited to see what God has in store for us as we step boldly into 2025.
